Jetzt reden wir mal Tacheles! Clawfinger sind zurück und das heißt natürlich kompromislosen Crossover/Rap Metal voll in die Fresse. Sorry das wir dies einmal so deutlich schreiben,“müssen“. Anders ist das gerade erschienene Album, welches die Reise der Pioniere seit ihrer letzten Veröffentlichung im Jahr 2007 endlich wieder weiter gehen läßt. Clawfinger haben, wie wohl beinah ein jeder hier auf diesem Planeten genug. Genug vom Umweltkollaps bis zur politischen Heuchelei, von persönlicher Desillusionierung bis zum gesellschaftlichen Zusammenbruch. Und deshalb kommen sie eben nicht um die sich im Untergang befindliche Welt, so die Aussage der Band, zu retten, sondern um ihren Unmut herauszuschreien. Das genau sie dies bestens können, hat die Band in ihrer Geschichte bereits viele Male unter Beweis gestellt. So macht das neue Werk, namens, Before we all Die, keine Außnahme. Mit harten Riffs, kompromißlosen Rhythmen und Texten, hauen Clawfinger dem Fan und Hörer ihre meinung und Einstellung um die Ohren und sprechen noch so unliebsame Themen an. Hierbei greifen sie voll und ganz auf ihre Stärken zu und präsentieren sich selbst in bester Manie. Die Schweden waren noch nie etwas für Zartbeseitete, und die wird sich auch 2026 nicht ändern. Die zwölf neuen songs sind eine Kampfansage und so ehrlich wie die Musiker der Formation selbst. Die Mischung aus knalhartem Crossover und Rap, machte Clawfinger von jeher aus und erhob sie seiner Zeit nicht nur zu den Gründern dieser szene sondern auch auf den Thron. Das sie sich hier auch heute noch halten können, beweisen sie nun mit ihrem neuen Album aufs Neue. Clawfinger is Back! Und das ist auch verdammt gut so.

Let's talk turkey! Clawfinger are back, and that means uncompromising crossover/rap metal right in your face. Sorry that we “have” to put it so bluntly. The newly released album finally continues the journey of these pioneers since their last release in 2007. Clawfinger have had enough, as has probably almost everyone else on this planet. Enough of environmental collapse and political hypocrisy, of personal disillusionment and social breakdown. And that's why they're not here to save the world from destruction, according to the band, but to shout out their displeasure. The band has proven many times throughout its history that this is exactly what they do best. Their new work, entitled Before We All Die, is no exception. With hard riffs, uncompromising rhythms, and lyrics, Clawfinger bombard fans and listeners with their opinions and attitudes and address even the most unpleasant topics. In doing so, they draw fully on their strengths and present themselves at their best. The Swedes have never been for the faint-hearted, and that won't change in 2026. The twelve new songs are a declaration of war and as honest as the musicians themselves. The mixture of hard-hitting crossover and rap has always been Clawfinger's trademark, elevating them not only to the founders of this scene but also to the throne. With their new album, they prove once again that they can still hold their own today. Clawfinger is back! And that's a damn good thing.
