Düster, Schwer und mit teilweise brachialer Gewalt walzt sich das nunmehr bereits siebente Studioalbum der Berliner Dark Rock Musiker Eden weint im Grab mit dem Titel Na(c)htodreise, seinen Weg durch den Äther. Dieses nun erste Konzeptalbum der Band, kommt herrlich schwarz und teilweise schon humorvoll daher und führt uns auf eine musikalische Reise vom Tod bis hin ins Jenseits und was uns dort wohl erwarten könnte. Der wuchtige Dark Metal Sound der EwiG von je her begleitet kommt auch auf dem neusten Werk spürbar zum Tragen. Durch den Song das Höllentor bekommt dieser Silberling schon beinah Hörspielcharakter, der durch die beiden Filmmusik ähnlichen Songs Aevum und Das große Mysterium noch verstärkt wird.
So reist der gewillte Hörer durch eine Traumwelt von Tod und Teufel.
Getragen oder durch Westernähnliche Klänge wie im Song Die verwaiste Wüstenstadt gespielt.
Philosophisch und dann wieder beinhart im Metallager angesiedelt ist dieses Album ein mehr als hörenswertes Werk, das in keiner Dark Metal/Goth Rock Sammlung fehlen sollte.
Mein/Unser Fazit, beide Daumen hoch. Kaufen und abtauchen in fünfzehn wunderschön düstere Songs einer Traumwelt in die man immer wieder gern eintaucht.


Dark, heavy, and partly brutal violence, the now seventh studio album of the Berlin dark rock musicians Eden is crying in the grave with the title Na (c) hododreise, his way through the aether. This first concept album of the band, comes beautifully black and partly humorous therefore and leads us on a musical journey from death to the beyond and what could expect us there. The massive dark metal sound of the EwiG is always accompanied by the latest work. Through the song "Höllentor", this silver ring is almost a radio play character, reinforced by the two songs similar to Aevum and Das große Mysterium.
Thus the willing listener travels through a dream world of death and devil.
Born or played by Western-like sounds like in the song The Orphaned Deserted Town.
Philosophical and then again hard-hitting in the Metallager is this album a more than audible work, which should be missing in any Dark Metal / Goth Rock collection.
My / our conclusion, both thumbs up. Buy and dive into fifteen beautiful gloomy songs of a dream world that you always like to dive into.
