Rezension by Fenria

„Enjoy Dystopia“ erscheint in verschiedenen Formaten.

What I have had for a few weeks to assess is for me personally already at the beginning of 2021 one of the highlights of what is to be expected, whatever may come. So the year can go on, with Solar Fake, Enjoy Dystopia, one of the strongest albums I've heard since the band was founded. So you continue undeterred on the path already taken with the predecessor, You Win, Who Cares, and still never lose sight of the typical sound of Solar Fake. Somehow, for some time now, you have had the feeling that Solar Fake are also becoming more aggressive with each album and this not only seems so, but is once again made clear with Enjoy Dystopia. Fact! In addition to the "new" aggressiveness of the current songs, which in our current times give the listener the opportunity to dance and even scream all the frustration that has been building up for months, Solar Fake has another piece of news. Sven Friedrich wrote the lyrics for “It's all about you” in German and felt it was more of a compromise to translate the text from German into English. And since he doesn't compromise when it comes to solar fake, this song is also available in German. So the dear listener gets a little premiere on the ears that couldn't sound better. On the one hand I am not sure whether the song would exude such energy in English and on the other hand I would not have been able to find out that good Sven, singing in German, sounds a bit like Steve Strange, RIP, Visage, how he sang his hit single, Der Ambos, in German at the time.
“Enjoy Dystopia” appears in different formats. As a simple CD, as a 2-CD digipak, as a limited 2-LP and as a strictly limited box including the digipak, the exclusive acoustic CD "Masked", mobile phone holder, band photo, wallet and silicone bracelet. But that's not all: three randomly selected boxes will contain a "Golden Ticket". With this "Golden Ticket", the winner and an accompanying person can experience a complete day of the concert with Solar Fake, from arrival to dismantling, including catering and overnight accommodation after the concert. A very special day with a very special band. All information️: https://www.outoflineshop.de.
In a word, an absolute MUST! And not just for die-hard fans.
