Das aus dem hohen Norden in Sachen Hard Rock und Heavy Metal sehr viel brauchbares kommt weiß man nicht erst seit es eine bestimmte Band sogar den ESC gewonnen hat. Was hier auf des Fans werte Ohren losgelassen wird kann sich da mal ganz locker mit einreihen und sich auch schon jetzt ganz vorne anstellen. Mit Ihrem Debut Neon Light District legen Neon Light gleich mal eine echt fette Nummer hin. So bringen die Bandmember, Johanna – Vocals, Tuomas – Guitar, Juho – Synth, Tomas – Bass und Johannes – Drums, Das Bangerhaupt schon mal ganz spielend in arge Schwingungen. Der Rhythmus der 8 Songs gibt hier ganz klar die Richtung vor. Klassischer Hard Rock / Heavy Metal, der in den guten alten Zeiten wohl Gold wert gewesen wäre und in der jetzigen Zeit locker für frischen Wind sorgt. Instrumental beherrschen die Herren alle Ihr Handwerk und Frontfrau Johanna kann mit Ihrer verdammt angenehmen Stimme mehr als überzeugen. Erinnert Ihr Gesang auch noch stark an die ehemalige und für mich nach wie vor ungeschlagene Metal Queen Lee Aaron, die gerade erst vor kurzem selbst wieder Ihren Weg zurück zum Metal gefunden hat. Mir als Fan dieses Genres ist mit diesem Album jedenfalls ein neuer Meilenstein ins Nest gefallen. Man darf nach diesem Debut auf kommendes gespannt sein. Auftrag bestens ausgeführt meine Herren und Dame. Gerne weiter so.

The fact that a lot of useful hard rock and heavy metal comes from the far north has not only been known since a certain band even won the ESC. What is let loose here on the fans' dear ears can easily join in and get in line right now. With their debut Neon Light District, Neon Light put down a really big number. The band members, Johanna - Vocals, Tuomas - Guitar, Juho - Synth, Tomas - Bass and Johannes - Drums, bring the Bangerhead into bad vibrations. The rhythm of the 8 songs clearly indicates the direction. Classic hard rock / heavy metal, which in the good old days would have been worth gold and now easily brings a breath of fresh air. Instrumentally, the gentlemen have mastered all their craft and front woman Johanna can more than convince with her damn pleasant voice. Does your singing remind you of the former and for me still unbeaten Metal Queen Lee Aaron, who only recently found her way back to Metal. As a fan of this genre, this album is a new milestone for me. After this debut one can look forward to the next one. Order well executed gentlemen and ladies. Keep it up.
