Sehr empfehlenswert!

Well what makes a thoroughbred musician and front man if his main band is successful; he has already participated in several side projects and him for years this idea in mind haunts and somehow not let him go? Really he is looking so long for suitable musicians who share his idea, writes over years of countless songs and ideas down then finally after a pre-EP to take the big step and to realize his project and the associated album. So happened by and with Sascha Blach, the fans of the dark metal band Eden cries in the grave, better known as Alexander Paul Blake. Already in 2016, the idea for a musical work of deep and melancholic rock music arose, which leaves a lot of scope for voice and handmade instrumentals. Well, simply this project was not. But who says that something just falls into one's lap. Sascha worked hard on his idea and found thanks to his fellow musicians, Kathrin Bierhalter (violin, guitar, vocals), Serdar Uludag
(Bass) and Stefan Helwig (drums), exactly what he imagined. The Helo Trees were born and here comes your debut. No album which fits into a certain drawer. Its rock music, it's insightful, it's catchy but what's most important about this album is that it pleases. Each song in itself takes the listener into his own personal world. So when listening to the songs, it's not that hard to let go of your feelings. Here, feeling, warmth, dreams but also the darkness that surrounds us always and everywhere somehow reach you. Part of the Country Sound swings through, rock music lives on and suddenly the album just swings to itself. Wonderful to listen to the interplay of the individual instruments accompanied by a unique sounding Sascha Blach. From me this album which is also available as vinyl is clearly a one for his own style. Highly recommended!
