Sie sind nicht tot zu kriegen, die finnischen Horrorrocker Lordi um Ihren Mastermind, Mr. Lordi himself. Was hat diese Formation schon alles erreicht obwohl Ihnen das nicht wirklich von Allen je zugetraut wurde. So wurden Sie belächelt als sie in Ihren vom Meister selbst entworfenen Kostümen mit Mega Plateauschuhen alla Kiss und Furcht einflößenden Horrormasken das Licht der Rockmusikwelt 1992 erblickten. Und doch schafte man es mit der Mischung aus gutem alten Heavy Metal der guten Achtziger einer wie bereits beschriebenen persönlichen Präsents und der dazu passenden Bühnenshow schnell eine Fangemeinde zu finden. 2006 dann der Erfolg der die Band an die Spitze katapultierte… man gewann den ESC. Ok auch hier spielte natürlich das un/außergewöhnliche Auftreten der Monster Rocker eine verdammt große Rolle und mit der Hymne Hard Rock Halleluja hatte man das nötige Soundgewand bestens gewählt.
Heute nun anno 2018 veröffentlichen die Monster Ihr mittlerweile neuntes Studiowerk mit Namen Sexorcism.
Ganz wichtig ist hier zu bemerken, die Monster halten auch heute noch an dem fest, was Sie von Anfang an gemacht und perfektioniert haben. Guter 80‘ Jahre Hard Rock mit eingängigen Texten und Melodien, die von A bis Z Spaß machen und zum allgemeinen mitsingen, Tanzen und Headbangen einladen. Musikalisch hat sich die Band über die Jahre immer mehr gesteigert und so kann ich nun mit gutem Gewissen Sagen hier kommt abermals ein verdammt starkes Album der Finnen welches all das mit sich bringt was der werte Fan so an Lordi mag. Hymnische Songs im Horror Rock Gewand mit allem drum und dran.
Weiter so meine Herren Monster und liebe Hexe… das macht Spaß das will man hören und auch gern Live sehen.

You're not dead, the Finnish horror lord Lordi around your mastermind, Mr. Lordi himself. What has this formation achieved even though you have not really been trusted by Allen? So they were laughed at as they saw the light of the rock music world in 1992 in their master-designed costumes with mega platform shoes alla kiss and horrifying horror masks. And yet they manage to quickly find a fan base with the mixture of good old Heavy Metal of the good eighties of a personal present as already described and the matching stage show. In 2006, the band's success catapulted to the top ... they won the ESC. Of course, here too the un / extraordinary appearance of the Monster Rocker played a damn big role and with the hymn Hard Rock Halleluja they had chosen the necessary sound garb.
Today, in the year 2018, the monsters release their now ninth studio work called Sexorcism.
It is very important to note that even today the monsters stick to what you have done and perfected from the beginning. Good 80 'Hard Rock with catchy lyrics and melodies that are fun from start to finish and to sing along to the dance, dancing and headbanging. Musically, the band has increased over the years more and more and so I can now say with a good conscience here comes again a damn strong album of the Finns which brings with it all what the worthy fan so likes Lordi. Hymnic songs in the horror rock robe with all the trimmings.
Keep it up, gentlemen Monster and dear witch ... that's fun that you want to hear and also like to see live.
