Canahier, Canada. Top!

Canahier, Canada. Forgive the little play on words. But who would have thought it, also from Canada, and here exactly from Ontario is Mark "Kaz" Kasprzyk. He's been through a lot. Starting with a hard childhood/adolescence in the working-class districts of his homeland, where fighting at any price was just part of it, to sporting successes and medals in judo. But he always remained true to his passion for music. So it's not surprising that a man who has so often celebrated a "comeback" in life has now made a name for himself in the music business for over two decades. His latest work will be published in 2023. The band Redlight King, so named after two other great passions of the artist, cars and drag racing, now bring the album of the same name, after the released first single, In our Blood. And he proves that the man has done his homework with the opener, Cold Killer, a damn fine rocker. As conceived and desired by the artist, In our Blood comes with exciting, guitar-driven bangers that will certainly fit into his live activities during a show as desired. In this respect, one can say that everything was done correctly. What is the difference between this album and the mainstream of today? Well, it's hope. In contrast to other releases, the album doesn't deal with the problems of our time, but on the contrary is full of hope. So this topic runs like a red thread through the entire work and is also a lot of fun. Personally, I like what I heard there, which is why I am happy to recommend this work to others. Rock music that somehow loses its sense of time and fits into the here and now as well as into the old days. Top!
