Tja, was soll man über diese Band noch sagen, was noch nicht gesagt oder geschrieben wurde? Gegründet in 1980, dem Beginn der großartigen 80’er Jahre. Sie lebten tatsächlich den Lifestyle eines Rockstars, wie er so oft dargestellt wird. Sex, Drugs & Rock’n Roll gehörten einfach stets zu ihrem Auftreten, inklusive sämtlicher Klischees und Skandale die man sich nur vorstellen kann. Ob es Drogenexzesse bis an den Rand des Todes waren oder eigen-produzierte Pornofilme, diese Jungs ließen nichts aus. Aber ganz nebenbei schrieben sie auch echte Hits und unvergessene Alben. Präsentierten abgefahrene Liveshows und brachten frischen Wind in die Hardrock und Heavy Metal Szene. Hier sei kurz erwähnt, das es genau diese Herren sind und waren, die den Umlaut Heavy Metal überhaupt am meisten in ihrer Bandgeschichte erwähnt/benutzt haben. Irgendwie haben sie dennoch überlebt. Auch personelle Wechsel wie 1992 als ihr Sänger sich vorerst auf Solopfade begab. Oder auch der Weggang ihres schon an Wahnsinn grenzenden Drummer, was besonders seine Art des Spielens und der eigenen Präsentation anging. Beide kehrten aber wieder zur Band zurück und sind seither wieder fester Bestandteil der Band. 2023 geht es nun wieder mal auf Tour. Ruhiger im Leben, aber noch fast genauso irre auf der Bühne. Vom Leben gezeichnet, was nun auch dafür sorgte das ihr Gitarrist live ersetzt werden muss, aber keinesfalls leiser, sind sie wieder da. Eigentlich waren sie auch nie so richtig weg. Nur Alben veröffentlichte man seit 2008 nicht mehr. Wer noch immer nicht weiß über wen ich hier schreibe, dem wird jetzt geholfen. Die Rede ist natürlich von niemand anderen als Mötley Crüe. Anno 2023 ist es Zeit, nach nun 43 Jahren Bandgeschichte noch einmal die ganz großen Momente auferstehen zu lassen. Das Label BMA veröffentlich genau aus diesem Grund die ersten fünf Alben und somit meiner Meinung nach auch die Meilensteine der Crüe in einer Re-Re-Masterten fünf CD Box mit dem Namen Crücial Crüe – The Studio Albums 1981 – 1989. Ob das mit dem Verkauf aller Rechte an dieses Liedgut der Band an ihr ehemaliges Label BMA zusammenhängt oder einfach nur eine Huldigung dieser Werke darstellt, darf gern diskutiert werden. Wir finden aber es ist mal wieder Zeit Mötley Crüe zu hören und den Lautstärkenregler auf Anschlag zu bringen. Lets Rock Heavy Metal…!!! Die Box erscheint zusätzlich als Vinyl Ausgabe mit unterschiedlich farbigen Vinyls.
Well, what else is there to say about this band that hasn't already been said or written? Founded in 1980, the beginning of the great 80's. They actually lived the rock star lifestyle that is so often portrayed. Sex, Drugs & Rock'n Roll were always part of their appearance, including all the clichés and scandals you can imagine. Whether it was drug excesses to the point of death or self-produced porn films, these guys left nothing out. But along the way they also wrote real hits and unforgettable albums. Presented crazy live shows and brought a breath of fresh air to the hard rock and heavy metal scene. It should be briefly mentioned here that it is and was exactly these gentlemen who mentioned/used the umlaut Heavy Metal the most in their band history. Somehow they still survived. Also personnel changes like in 1992 when their singer initially went on a solo path. Or the departure of their drummer, who was already bordering on insane, which particularly concerned his way of playing and his own presentation. However, both returned to the band and have been an integral part of the band ever since. In 2023 we will be on tour again. Quieter in life, but still almost as crazy on stage. Marked by life, which now also made sure that their guitarist had to be replaced live, but by no means quieter, they are back. In fact, they were never really gone. Only albums have not been released since 2008. If you still don't know who I'm writing about here, you'll get help now. Of course we're talking about none other than Mötley Crüe. In 2023, after 43 years of band history, it's time to resurrect the really big moments. For this very reason, the BMA label is releasing the first five albums and, in my opinion, also the milestones of Crüe in a re-re-mastered five CD box called Crücial Crüe - The Studio Albums 1981 - 1989. Whether it's with the sale of all rights to this song stock of the band is connected to their former label BMA or simply represents a homage to these works, is welcome to be discussed. But we think it's time to listen to Mötley Crüe again and turn up the volume control. Let's Rock Heavy Metal…!!!
